**The Opportunity**
As the Marketing & Communications Manager you’ll develop, implement and oversee Carrington’s marketing and communication strategies, ensuring our promotional and positioning activities complement organisational objectives. Through the provision of consistent messaging across all communication channels and strengthened stakeholder engagement, you will support organisational goals while also enabling older people to access residential options and services which support their quality of life. This full time onsite position reports directly to the Executive Manager of Business Operations, and leads our new marketing team.
- Responsibilities: _
- Developing and executing a comprehensive data-informed marketing and communications strategy aligned with Carrington’s organisational goals
- Managing digital marketing campaigns & brand positioning across all channels, including website, newsletters & social media
- Overseeing and developing compelling content for various platforms
- Managing corporate communications to enhance employee & stakeholder engagement
- Managing press releases, media briefings, key events, and corporate messaging
- Representing Carrington at industry events and public engagements
- Coordinating events, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand brand visibilityManaging the marketing budget and ensuring return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities
**About you**
- Essential: _
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, and communication roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills, and effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies effectively
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics
- Experience in event planning and public relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- National Criminal Check Clearance to be completed during recruitment
- Desirable: _
- Experience in the aged care or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design and video production skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and networking abilities.
