Accounts Receivable Officer (Spring Farm)

CK Recruitment are searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy family fun business located in Spring Farm. This role is 5 days a week.

This position would be best for someone looking for a long term career close to home. It is essential that you are experienced this role.

- Ability to adhere to processes and procedures
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team without distraction
- Ability to communicate on a professional level within the business as well as with the Directors of the business, suppliers and other staff
- Intermediate understanding and proven track record in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience and competency in the use and administration of MYOB accounting software
- Proactive, punctual and reliable at all times
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Effective communication skills

**Duties**
- Raise customer invoices and verify accuracy ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Raise weekly AJ Bush invoices
- Raise fuel invoices to sub contractors
- Reconcile & enter all customer RCTI
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Receipt, allocate and reconcile all debtor payments
- Send monthly statements to customers
- Assist payroll by collating and processing run sheets Presentation
- Required to wear all black attire
- Black closed shoes are to be worn at all times
