Sign Writer (Campbellfield)

Overview Due to our continually growing workload, we are looking to expand our sign writing team. We are seeking a motivated all round Signwriter with vinyl install, large format printing and vinyl decal manufacturing experience. Description Our main area of work is in the RV industry, vehicle signage and large format printing. Most of our work involves vinyl wrapping and decal application. We design, print, manufacture and install vinyl. A successful candidate will have experience wrapping cars, setting up and running large format printers and vinyl preparation. Roles and Responsibilities
- Application and installation of vinyl signage, decals and graphic films to vehicles and variety of substrates and surfaces
- Preparation of artwork for print, including design adjustments, pre-press setup and colour accuracy checks
- Operation and monitoring of large-format digital printers and software, including print-setup, media loading and maintenance
- Cutting, trimming and finishing of signage materials using hand tools and cutting equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Manufacture and assembly of signage components
- Installation of completed signage and vehicle graphics ensuring correct alignment, finish and durability Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have:
- Vinyl installation experience on varying substrates and surfaces
- Graphic design and pre print skills
- Knife/trimming skills as well as a keen eye for detail
- Large format printer experience.
- Ability to work without supervision
- Positive punctuality
- Full Driving license Duties & Responsibilities The successful applicant will join our current team in the Campbellfield area. You will be expected to be able to complete general tasks without supervision and/or assistance. You will be required to communicate with supervisors abiding by site rules. An individual who shows leadership qualities and the ability to manage upcoming customer orders will be favoured.
