In this role, you will take ownership of machinery spare parts and glass inventories, ensuring accurate stock control, timely ordering, and effective coordination of goods. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you can drive improvements, build processes, and make the position your own.
You’ll enjoy a balance of hands-on warehouse involvement and administrative stock control responsibilities, supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Manage and maintain inventory and stock control systems for machinery spare parts and glass stocks
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering and replenishment
- Maintain accurate records, including data entry, stock adjustments, and reporting
- Coordinate inwards and outwards goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Support supplier coordination and invoice processing
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise stock control
- Work closely with the warehouse and maintenance teams to support daily operations About You

- Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
- Experience using ERP systems / inventory management systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of stock management
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach
