We are on the hunt for an ambitious company representative to “learn the ropes” by supporting and working closely with our Head of Business Development & Marketing. - Whilst the role will be Victorian-centric, visits to other states to support the national business will be a strong feature, making each day an adventure as you build strong relationships with funeral homes and distributors.
- Fully Maintained Company Vehicle_
- Drive in comfort and style with reasonable private use included (BT50 Utilility).
- Extensive Product Training_
- Benefit from regular interstate trips to our head office for hands-on product training, strategic planning sessions, and collaboration with key team members to support your success.
**Key Responsibilities**: Cultivate and manage B2B client accounts within the funeral industry, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve issues decisively, market our extensive product range, and showcase our product features and benefits.
Travel extensively to meet and exceed sales targets in your territory and support the Head of Business Development & Marketing in managing key interstate accounts.
Organise and manage your schedule to deliver results and exceed expectations.
Work closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, gaining valuable mentorship and experience, developing your industry acumen, responsibility, and reputation.
**What We’re Looking For**: Proven B2B sales experience and a passion for customer service, ideally within a related or sensitive industry.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Time management skills and a hunger to succeed, prepared to learn the funeral industry from the bottom up.
A love for travel and the ability to connect with clients across the nation.
