Aluminium Cladding & Caravan Build Team Members XTour Caravans Campbellfield, Melbourne VIC Assembly & Process Work (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time $32 – $40 per hour + overtime (based on experience) About the role XTour Caravans is looking for experienced Aluminium Cladding & Caravan Build Team Members to join our production team in Campbellfield. This role is hands-on and suited to people with real caravan build experience, particularly in aluminium work and cabinetry installation. You’ll be working across key stages of the build, so attention to detail and consistency are critical. Key responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminium components for caravan frames and structures
- Installing aluminium cladding, panels, trims, and external components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and build plans
- Installing pre-built cabinetry and internal fit-outs
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Carrying out work to a high level of accuracy and finish
- Following WHS procedures and maintaining a clean, safe workspace What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in caravan manufacturing is required
- Experience working with aluminium cladding and assembly
- Experience installing cabinetry in caravans
- Confident using tools including drills, rivet guns, grinders, routers, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to specifications
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
