As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on **Production Manager** to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Campbellfield facility.

**About the Role**: The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring caravans are built to the highest standard—on time, and with a solid focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the production team across multiple departments (chassis, cabinetry, assembly, etc.)
- Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and delivery deadlines
- Monitor quality control processes and implement improvements
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS compliance and safe work practices
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally in caravan, automotive, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to manage timelines, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Understanding of WHS regulations and safe workplace practices

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:
