Account Manager - Graphic Systems (Campbellfield)

**Description**: We are currently seeking a proactive Account Manager to diversify, grow and develop business within the commercial print and packaging industry. You will be part of a team who aim to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin and to build a workable pipeline of sustainable business leads. This role is unique as you will have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced Graphics industry sales leads and spend time working with them to develop and hone your skills.

**About the role**:

- Account Management: Visit accounts and develop productive sales relationships by discussing new ideas, promotions and problem solving.
- Actively engage in and manage sales: Seek out business opportunities in assigned market sectors and assist with marketing plans established by the marketing department
- Win new business: Establish new business needs and respond to all facets of any current print business
- Conduct regular business reviews: Together with the National Sales Manager, identify key issues and develop strategy, objectives and initiatives

**Skills and Experiences**: About You?
- Experience in graphics industry
- previous print industry employment/printer/operator/pre-press history
- Highly motivated and experienced sales professional;
- Display creativity and execute your tasks with precision;
- Be able to manage multiple priorities;
- Display energy and a strong desire for results through sales achievement; and
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
