As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Campbellfield facility.

About the Role:

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring caravans are built to the highest standard—on time, and with a solid focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the production team across multiple departments (chassis, cabinetry, assembly, etc.)

Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and delivery deadlines

Monitor quality control processes and implement improvements

Maintain a strong focus on WHS compliance and secure work practices

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally in caravan, automotive, or manufacturing sectors

Solid leadership and team-building skills

Ability to manage timelines, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail

Understanding of WHS regulations and safe workplace practices

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Overtime

Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

Overtime pay
