Quality Assurance Manager (Campbellfield)

**About Us**

**The Role** We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. Reporting to and supporting the General Manager, you will lead the planning, organisation, and coordination of our quality systems and certification processes to ensure that Ital continues to meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in system reviews and quality audits, while guiding staff in identifying improvements to processes and workflows.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of quality systems and certification processes across the business.
- Develop objectives, strategies, and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resource use.
- Ensure compliance with relevant formal standards and regulatory codes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and operating procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure goods and services meet quality expectations.
- Implement statistical methodologies and quality tools to monitor and control quality outcomes.
- Provide reports on the effectiveness and suitability of management systems.
- Advise on and deliver training relating to quality programs and objectives.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven atleast 1 year of experience in managing quality systems and certification processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and quality management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to oversee quality functions at an organisational level.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

**Salary**: AUD $75,000
- $85,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
