**About the Role**:This full-time role is responsible for the collating & processing of delivery documents, data entry of delivery scheduling & order information, liaising with our customers regarding deliveries and orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Be an all-rounder for administrative support including but not limited to assisting with Inventory/Control, Tooling Orders, Paintline Orders, Despatch and order picking process

**About You**:To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
