We are a national leader in the Aluminium industry, and we’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated **Customer Sales & Service Coordinator** to join our high-performance team supplying Aluminium Window and Door profiles and Hardware to our Victorian fabricator base.
Reporting to the newly appointed Customer Service Team Leader, In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your passion for customer service will shine. If you enjoy making connections and delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and succeed alongside us and learn what its like to supply Residential and Commercial fabricators who service the building industry with our market leading Window and Door products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Entering sales orders
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
- Vetting orders
- Learning and providing technical product support and insights to customers.
**About You**
You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be a considered applicants we ask that you have:
- a great attitude towards customer success
- a good attitude to safety and team culture
- a adaptable and positive work ethic
- a friendly telephone manner
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
- IT and Phone Skills
