Production Operator (Campbellfield)

**We are seeking Factory Operators to join our production team.**

- Based in Campbellfield Area
- Ongoing role that can lead to Full time
- All training on Dayshift then there is opportunities for afternoon and night shift
- Overtime available

**Key Duties**:

- Operate machines to achieve production requirements and targets
- Manufacture cables to correct specifications and quality
- Perform quality checks during production
- Maintain housekeeping requirements
- Work to safety requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or similar industry is not essential, but is highly desirable

**Requirements**:

- Must have a "can do" attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking
- Fast learner. Willing to learn to operate machinery
- participate in training and skill development
- Able to follow written instructions from shop papers and supervisors
- Good problem solving skills
- able to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Willing to work overtime

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $29.04
- $42.85 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
