Credit Controller (Campbellfield)

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer service focused person to join our supportive team as a Credit Controller. Based at our office in Campbellfield, VIC, this full time permanent opportunity will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts and managing debt recovery and reconciliation of COD accounts.

**Responsibilities**
- Protecting and maximising the revenue inflow through efficient and effective management of the customer base, credit, and cash collection.
- Work closely with all teams across the business to maximise potential returns, minimise customer default risk, and maximise collection of debt
- Support the Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process non-compliance and trading terms non-compliance
- Contribute toward continuous improvement, with a view to streamline and with the guidance of the team lead and to implement processes and procedures.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Credit control experience in a high-volume collection’s role
- The role involves excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Assist to identify, develop, and deliver initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and services
