Production Operator Campbellfield

We are seeking Factory Operators to join our production team.

Ongoing role that can lead to Full time

All training on Dayshift then there is opportunities for afternoon and night shift

Overtime available

Key Duties:

Operate machines to achieve production requirements and targets

Manufacture cables to correct specifications and quality

Perform quality checks during production

Maintain housekeeping requirements

Work to safety requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or similar industry is not essential, but is highly desirable

Requirements:

Must have a "can do" attitude and strong work ethic

Able to work in a fast paced setting while multi-tasking

Quick learner. Willing to learn to operate machinery
- participate in training and skill development

Able to follow written instructions from shop papers and supervisors

Good problem solving skills
- able to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues

Positive mechanical aptitude

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg

Willing to work overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $29.04
- $42.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift

Afternoon shift

Day shift

Evening shift

Morning shift
