**Supply and Distribution Manager**

**Location. **Campbellfield, VIC

**Salary**: $85,000
- $95,000 per annum + superannuation

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet demand efficiently.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager or similar role for 1 to 2 years.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with a strong aptitude for team management.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems is advantageous.
