Customer Service representative (Campbellfield)

National Logistics is a family owned and run transport company with depots in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We specialise in the transportation of palletised goods throughout the east coast of Australia. Due to continued growth we have a new full time opportunity available for a Customer Service representative at our Campbellfield head office. Ideally with an exposure to the transport and logistics industry, the successful applicant will be reliable, have a strong work ethic and attention to detail and above all, work well in a small team. Strong IT skills are a must, experience with an online transport platform like Transvirtual or similar would be highly regarded but not essential. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Matching up paperwork with drivers runsheets
- Utilising Transvirtual to make and track bookings
- Timeslot bookings
- Chep/Loscam tracking and balancing
