Technical Support / Customer Service (Campbellfield)

**Job description**

**ENGLAON Television is an innovative and growing business that delivers cutting-edge technology and offers high-quality TV for caravans and motor homes.**

**As a result of future growth plans within the business, we are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and creative individual to join the team as Technical Support/ Customer Service.**

**Duties & Tasks**

**- work closely with the marketing team and product Team to ensure that any incidents are quickly resolved, and updates are communicated back to clients.**

**- Answer phones, assist walk-in customers & convert leads into sales.**

**- Be responsible for post-sales & warranty.**

**- Respond quickly (both online and by phone) to general inquiries, follow up, and report to the manager.**

**- Attend Trade Shows domestic and interstate trade shows if required.**

**Experience**

**- Minimum of THREE years of experience in Technical support.**

**- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is essential**

**- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task**

**- Excellent problem-solving skills**

**- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with deadlines.**

Pay: $58,000.00
- $63,000.00 per year
