Permanent full time position
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday roster 7am
- 12pm
7am
- 3pm, or 9am
- 5pm on alternating rosters
As the first point of contact for customers at our Campbellfield branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

Previous face-to-face customer service experience
A desire to provide amazing customer experience
General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capability to learn and absorb technical information
Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
