About the Role We’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager who is passionate about the NDIS sector and ready to make a real impact. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Easy iCare’s presence across the NDIS ecosystem. You’ll build trusted partnerships, strengthen referral networks, identify growth opportunities, and help ensure more participants can access exceptional support services. This role combines strategic business development with genuine community engagement and relationship building. What We’re Looking For
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years business development experience within the NDIS sector
- Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and industry best practice
- Proven success in lead generation, relationship management, and sales conversion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships across diverse communities
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the company
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong referral pipelines and partnership networks
- Establish trusted relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and service providers
- Represent Easy iCare at expos, networking events, and community forums
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional participant experiences
- Track business development performance
