Solar & Battery Operations Manager (Campbelltown)

About the role As the Solar & Battery Operations Manager at MDB Electrical Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and successful delivery of solar and battery storage solutions to our valued customers. Based in Campbelltown, SA, this full-time position will see you driving the day-to-day operations of our solar and battery division, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. We are all about making sure we design the best solar & battery system we can for all customers and deliver great customer service with high standards of workmanship. What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the installation of solar PV and battery storage systems for residential and small commercial customers
- Oversee the work of our team of qualified electricians and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical advice and support to the sales team & admin to assist with client consultations and system design
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical, safety and environmental regulations
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and innovative solutions What we're looking for
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in the solar and/or battery storage industry, preferably in a operations or project management role but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV and battery storage system design, installation and maintenance
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
- Relevant electrical trade qualifications and licenses
