About the role

As the Solar & Battery Operations Manager at MDB Electrical Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the productive and successful delivery of solar and battery storage solutions to our valued customers. Based in Campbelltown, SA, this full-time position will see you driving the day-to-day operations of our solar and battery division, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

We are all about making sure we design the best solar & battery system we can for all customers and deliver great customer service with high standards of workmanship.

What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate the installation of solar PV and battery storage systems for residential and small commercial customers

Oversee the work of our team of qualified electricians and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination and customer satisfaction

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Provide technical advice and support to the sales team & admin to assist with client consultations and system design

Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development of process improvements and innovative solutions

What we're looking for Extensive experience (5 years) in the solar and/or battery storage industry, preferably in a operations or project management role but not essential

Strong technical knowledge of solar PV and battery storage system design, installation and maintenance

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence

Relevant electrical trade qualifications and licenses

Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainable practices
