**The Client** Our client is a highly experienced & established Commercial Property Agency based in the Macarthur Area. Offering a supportive and united company culture. They require an experienced commercial property Manager / Asset Manager to take on the management of their available Industrial Portfolio.

**The Role**
- Management of their most valuable Industrial Portfolio (81 Tenants / 69 Owners)
- Developing & maintaining relationships with both tenants and owners
- Lease negotiation and renewals
- Conduct rent reviews
- Financial management and reporting
- Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
- Liaising with new clients

**Skills & experience** To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Commercial Property Management experience. You will also have:

- Strong work ethic
- High Attention to Detail
- The Ability to Multitask
- Can work both autonomously & collaboratively
- Must be Able to Take Direction Well
- Certificate of Registration
