About the role

We are seeking a driven and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our agile Infrastructure Services Transport team based in Campbelltown. As a key member, you will work closely with our Project Site Team to provide administrative support for our operations and help implement our current ERP system.

Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable, general accounting duties including data entry and invoicing. Process journal and data entries and extract statistical data and reports. Assist with month‑end accounting procedures and production of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly reports. Maintain record files and produce reports according to operating procedures.

How you will connect to the role

You will bring passion for accounts administration and deliver consistent, accurate data entry and documentation support. You will prioritise work, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Qualifications Robust knowledge of Excel. Exposure to an ERP system (ideally Oracle/JDE) is advantageous.
