Description
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with NDIS-related documentation and processes, including service agreements and client plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, ensuring all client information is handled confidentially.
- Coordinate with support workers, clients, and their families to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage office supplies, prepare reports, and handle invoicing and billing processes.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and support staff.
- Other administrative duties as required to support the efficient running of the office.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration role,
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with finance software (preferred but not essential as training will be provided).
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Be able to work independently.

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children’s Check
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- NDIS Workers Check or are willing to acquire one
- First Aid Certificate
- Police Check

Pay: $33.41
- $34.46 per hour
