Medical Receptionist Campbelltown

We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Secretary to join our busy Urology practice. This is a full time position primarily based in Campbelltown, with regular travel required to our other practices in Gregory Hills, Liverpool, Bowral and Bella Vista.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of our administrative team, you will play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy specialist practice. Duties will include:

Managing patient appointments and enquiries

Preparing and processing correspondence and reports

Supporting our doctors and clinical team with efficient administration

Handling billing and Medicare processes

Ensuring a high standard of patient care and confidentiality

What we're looking for

About You:

Previous experience working in a specialist medical practice is highly desirable:

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well both independently and within a team

Flexibility to travel regularly between practice locations
