We are looking for a Store Manager to join our ResMed direct‑to‑consumer business to manage our team and an ever‑growing customer base, helping them with their sleep health. Let’s talk about the role: The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operation, running and achievement of the budget of their store/s through effective leadership and management of their teams, and for developing an exceptional customer‑centric culture. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Store Manager ensures that the team is inspired and empowered to deliver sales, key performance indicators and customer service aligned with our vision, ensuring each customer’s needs are met through our products/services and that they achieve a good night’s sleep.
- Drive a culture that is laser‑focused on amazing customer service
- Provide effective leadership and management of the team
- Lead, motivate, develop and drive the team to achieve commercial targets, demonstrating an energetic approach in both sales and management
- Liaise and build relationships with sleep physicians, general physicians, sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain business
- Manage, coordinate and approve leave applications for team members; ensure alignment with roster requirements and optimal staffing levels
- Recruit, onboard and mentor staff as required
- Manage stock control, including ordering, stock transfers, inventory takes and merchandising
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with multi‑function teams and other store managers Let’s talk about you:

- Ability to recruit and motivate a team; open mindset to change and strong ability to lead through change
- Sales‑focused and goal‑driven
- Displays excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills
- A passion for creating a fantastic customer experience
- Full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a team is an advantage
