**The Role**

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the store’s daily operations, manage staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement training programs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure positive resolutions

**About You**

**Experience**: Previous retail management or leadership experience is essential
