**Receptionist & Administration Assistant** **Part-Time | Campbelltown & Mitcham | Work in-person**

**Role Summary**

**Locations**: Campbelltown & Mitcham **Shift timings**: (Approx. 15 hours per week):

- **Monday to Thursday**: between **4:00 PM
- 9:00 PM**:

- **Saturday**: between **1:00 PM
- 6:00 PM**: **Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service & Engagement**: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- **Enrolment Support**: Assist with new and returning student enrolments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Operational Support**: Help coordinate class logistics, manage educational resources, and ensure centre operations run smoothly.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Support promotional efforts such as creating content for social media, website updates, and printed materials.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, and other admin staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

**About You**

You are a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for helping others and a professional approach to customer service.

You will bring:

- **Customer service or administrative experience** (education sector preferred)
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**:

- Strong **organizational** and **multitasking abilities**:

- **Tech savviness** with Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new systems
- A positive, adaptable attitude and **willingness to learn**:

- **(preferred)** Experience with marketing, social media, or promotional content
- Ability to **reliably commute** to both centers or plan relocation before starting

**Qualifications**
- Currently studying or completed a qualification in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, **Education**, or a related field (highly desirable)
