**About the role**: We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated, and experienced **Service Manager** to join the team at **Macarthur Mazda**. To excel in this role, you will be a natural leader who thrives on challenges.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Maximising and maintaining growth opportunities while ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably
- Taking ownership and accountability for the performance and daily activities of the Service department
- Achieving all internal KPIs, manufacturer targets, and dealer standards
- Overseeing team productivity, ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards
- Delivering a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers
- Collaborating closely with the Sales and Parts departments
- Previous experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry
- Excellent people and leadership skills to mentor and motivate the Service team
- Solid knowledge of workshop processes and procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets while working under pressure
- A hardworking, committed, and highly organised approach
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- A strong drive to succeed
