THE PERSON Minimum Cert. III in Commercial Cookery Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain Experience with bulk cooking and supervising a team preferred Robust understanding of allergen management and food safety Passionate about healthy, nutritious food Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
