Forklift Driver or Container Unloader (Campbelltown)

3rd Party Containers **(3PC)**is seeking motivated and skilled **Forklift Operator & Container Loader/Unloaders** to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

**Shift Times**:

- Start Time: 6am
- 8pm
- End Time: 2pm
- 4pm

**Locations**:

- Minto
- Campbelltown
- Preston

**Contract Type**: Casual contract with full time hours available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $34.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $34.50 to $36 per hour, and potentially even more.
