About the role:

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Service Manager to join the team at Macarthur Mazda. To excel in this role, you will be a natural leader who thrives on challenges.

The role will involve the following:

Maximising and maintaining growth opportunities while ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably

Taking ownership and accountability for the performance and daily activities of the Service department

Achieving all internal KPIs, manufacturer targets, and dealer standards

Overseeing team productivity, ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards

Delivering a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers

Collaborating closely with the Sales and Parts departments

Previous experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry

Excellent people and leadership skills to mentor and motivate the Service team

Solid knowledge of workshop processes and procedures

Ability to meet deadlines and targets while working under pressure

A hardworking, committed, and highly organised approach

Current NSW Driver’s Licence

A solid drive to succeed
