The Role
As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the store’s daily operations, manage staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, and stock control Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement training programs Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience Handle escalated customer issues and ensure positive resolutions
About You
Experience: Previous retail management or leadership experience is essential
Leadership: Ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team
Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience
Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle challenges professionally
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on retail setting
