The Role
Guide guests confidently through our menu and wine offerings Deliver warm, skilled service and build genuine rapport with guests Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff for seamless service Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or celebrations with care Manage a busy section calmly during peak service Stay engaged with ongoing training and menu knowledge Rotate between weekday and weekend shifts, including both lunch and dinner services
About You
Able to carry 3 + plates Outgoing and friendly personality Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills A passion for the hospitality industry Valid RSA (competency card) Valid Australian Working Rights
