ABOUT YOU The role of a Beauty & Massage Therapist requires a knowledge of massage and beauty & massage treatments and how to execute customer service within a luxury brand. In addition to your positive mindset and nature, with a passion for massage, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year experience within the beauty & spa industry required
- Proven technical skills with a Certificate or Diploma qualification (preferred)
- Excellent personal skills of time management and organisation
- Strong understanding of key body systems, skin biology, anatomy, cosmetic chemistry & ingredients
- Demonstrated ability to reach targets in sales of products and services
- A 5-Star attitude to deliver exceptional service
