In this role, you will report to the Site Lead and play a key part in the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing to serving Defence personnel. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, either independently or as part of a team, where you will perform a variety of customer support and back office tasks. Role Details:
- 1 x full-time permanent position

- Receive and deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee day-to-day workflow: receiving, scanning, sorting, and organizing goods on shelves.
- Assist customers with stock location and progress inquiries.
- Provide over-the-counter customer service.
- Support regular stock takes and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Use the computer system to track stock quantities and locations etc. Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience as a store or warehouse attendant is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Intermediate computer skills (proficiency in spreadsheets and applications).
- Must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.
