We are on the lookout for passionate and talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Supervisor.

**Job Description: Restaurant Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional events and marketing strategies
- Handle cash and financial transactions, including reconciliation of daily sales
- Communicate directly to the General Manager for updates, address concerns, and foster a positive team environment

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in cocktails and wine pairing
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and using point-of-sale systems
- Qualification needs to have an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A passion for customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
