Qualified experienced plumber (Canberra)

We are currently seeking a full-time qualified experienced plumber to join our team, for immediate start.

Highline Plumbing is a well-established family-owned business, operating in Queanbeyan, and servicing the Queanbeyan, Canberra and surrounding regions for over 18 years. We specialise in new residential plumbing services including drainage, hot/cold water installations, gas fitting and excavation works etc.

Skills and Responsibilities

* Capable in all areas of new residential plumbing including:

o Installations of new sewer and storm water drainage

o Plumbing installations on recent homes, including rough-ins and fit-offs

o Gas installations on new homes

* Excellent communication skills

* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Excellent time management skills and reliability

In addition to the above specifically, you will:

* Work alongside machinery and equipment during drainage installations

* Read and interpret site plans

* Communicate with subcontractors and project managers on site/project

Qualifications and Experience

* Journeyman's Licence or Trade Qualified

* Gas (desired)

* Asbestos Awareness (mandatory)

* White Card (mandatory)

* Current Drivers Licence (mandatory)

* Silica Awareness Training (can be arranged)

You must be able to work independently or in a team. We offer a great work culture, and the remuneration package will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

* Salary between $80,000 – 100,000 per year
