- Manage and deliver civil and building projects valued $5M+
- Take ownership of your own section of works
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
- Support Project Managers in programme and quality delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S;, environmental, and quality standards
- Solve site challenges with initiative and leadership What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
- Experience on projects valued $5M+, ideally across buildings, civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication
- Exceptional understanding of safety and compliance
