Landscape Maintenance Team Leader (Canberra)

Glascott is seeking a **Landscape Maintenance Team Leader** for our high-performing and friendly team located in Canberra and surrounds.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
- Client liaison and relationship building
- Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
- Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:

- Mowing
- Mulching
- Pruning
- Pest and disease identification
- Hedging and weeding
- Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

**About you**:

- Horticulture qualification
- Manual drivers licence
- Valid white card
- Asbestos and Silica Accreditation
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus is essential
- Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
