- A$150.00/hr Location: Canberra, Australia Security Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance required Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Australian Federal Government projects Job Overview: Key Responsibilities:
- Work on cloud-based digital solutions , ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Support software development, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies.
- Implement secure coding practices in compliance with Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) guidelines .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including business analysts, UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of digital solutions.
- Assist in transitioning services to sustainment , defining SLAs for uptime, response times, and system performance.
- Contribute to Alpha and Beta phases of product development and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and front-end/back-end development .
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and microservices architecture .
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies .
- Experience working in Agile teams and using CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Prior experience in enterprise system development and government projects is highly preferred.
