- Preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes to high standards
- Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations Front of House (FOH)

- Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Delivering excellent table service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Running food and drinks efficiently during service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and table setup
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service Bartender

- Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with bar setup and pack down
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and licensing regulations What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and robust teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
- Current RSA certificate required for FOH and Bartender positions
