Key Responsibilities Cook Preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes to high standards Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and kitchen organisation Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations Front of House (FOH) Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional attitude Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Delivering excellent table service and ensuring customer satisfaction Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally Running food and drinks efficiently during service Assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and table setup Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service Bartender Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar Monitoring stock levels and assisting with bar setup and pack down Ensuring compliance with RSA and licensing regulations What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience Current RSA certificate required for FOH and Bartender positions Full working rights in Australia What We Offer At Hecho En Mexico Kingston, we value our team and strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable workplace.
