In this role, you will report to the Site Lead and play a key part in the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing to serving Defence personnel. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, either independently or as part of a team, where you will perform a variety of customer support and back office tasks. Key Responsibilities Receive and deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee day‐to‐day workflow: receiving, scanning, sorting, and organizing goods on shelves. Assist customers with stock location and progress inquiries. Provide over‐the‐counter customer service. Support regular stock takes and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Use the computer system to track stock quantities and locations. Skills And Experience Prior experience as a store or warehouse attendant is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. A team player who thrives in collaborative settings. Intermediate computer skills (proficiency in spreadsheets and applications). Must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.
