About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, delivering exceptional customer service while leading a talented team.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the main bar, including opening or closing of the venue.

Driving food & beverage sales to achieve targets

Manage and coordinating staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Monitoring and maintaining venue standards, policies, and procedures

Providing leadership and training to support and develop the bar team

What we're looking for

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Strong operational and customer service skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
