YOUR ROLE As a Managing Security Consultant within Offensive Security, you will lead the consulting team across both delivery and commercial outcomes, ensuring high-quality engagements, solid client relationships, and sustainable practice growth. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, overseeing delivery standards, and contributing to the strategic direction of the offensive security capability. This role balances technical oversight, people leadership, and commercial accountability, positioning you as a key leader within the broader cyber practice.
- Lead and manage a team of offensive security consultants across all levels
- Drive delivery quality, ensuring engagements are well-scoped and executed
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical and client issues
- Lead and support pre‑sales activities including scoping, proposals, and pricing
- Manage team utilisation, pipeline visibility, and resourcing
- Contribute to offensive security strategy, capability uplift, and go‑to‑market
- Foster a high‑performing, inclusive, and engaged team culture
- Support thought leadership, community engagement, and industry presence
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery and commercial outcomes What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in offensive security at senior or principal level
- Technical credibility across offensive security domains (e.g. OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK;)
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing technical teams
- Strong commercial acumen including utilisation, pricing, and delivery riskExperience in pre‑sales, client engagement, and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders including CISOs
- Strong decision‑making capability balancing client, team, and commercial needs
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience, e.g. OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTP or similar
