- Operate and support the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
- Report progress, issues, and requirements to your manager
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
- Foster a culture of safety What You’ll Bring You will be an enthusiastic and reliable gardening professional with high attention to detail. You enjoy being hands‑on with your team and passing on your knowledge and experience to others.
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or solid industry experience
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and develop junior team members
- Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools and petrol operated equipment
- Current driver's licence; WWVP; Police Check & White Card
