Experienced Horticulturalist/Gardener to support and lead a small and passionate team
- Permanent full time position
- 38 hours per week, early start, early finish
- Black Mountain Location

Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Horticulturist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 5 years' experience
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
