- Shake up the innovative Italian inspired cocktails on our list, and of course know all the classics.
- Have your own input into our weekly cocktail specials
- Recommend and serve wines from our extensive list of Australian and Italian wines, including special wines from Matt’s cellar
- Make a variety of espresso coffees â latte art a big plus
- 18 hours per week must be available on Friday and Saturday night About You

- 6 month's+ experience in a busy high end cocktail bar
- Barista experience is ideal
- A passion for making innovative cocktails
- Good knowledge of local and Italian wines â additional training available
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid RSA (competency card)
